Not sure if this is been posted before or works on other servers, but if you use a Rogue with a faction hack (to attack your same faction) on servers like Uber-WoW... you can sap them for 1 minute, without a DR.

Yes, I've seen this before too :P I pissed off some of my friends when using WEH and sapping them.

You can do the same with polymorph, fear (20sec) and hex (45sec)
