I stacked one that gives a chance to heal on crit over 200 times, so that everytime I crit, I get healed to full Health. Then I stacked one that gives crit rating, until I got 100%. THEN, I stacked spell reflect to 100% and I'm a DK wearing Tanker gear on a fun PvP server. Needless to say I'm immortal, no more warlocks with their 10K damage conflagrate crits, or Faceroller retardins with theirs Wings + Crusader Strike hitting for 9K!

Did the same, shit was so funny lol. Also soloed all the raid dungeons stacking my spell power to retarded amounts.

Does the stack go away after a relog or death? I figure it might have but not sure. I'd test it out myself but I forgot the steps seeing as the OP editted his post.

They only go away when you relog.

Don't worked for me. After I did this my Character is bugged and I can't get attributes from other items.

Is it just, get head with meta gem. And another item with the required gems for the meta. Bring them down to 0 durability and then equip, take off, equip, take off. n so on.
