Okay I was Trying to Arena on scapegaming

Then when i went into arena i was in cat form when opponents abandoned Match and i was teleported out still in cat form

And while playing around i found out i could use all spells Resto Balance and even feral

I havent tried bear spells b/c i was too excited to post this

What i believe is it can work if u use any teleporting method

1. Choose a Suitable Form

2. Use a Teleport either arena or Portal

3. And then enjoy using all spells in that form

* But Beware if u shift back to another form or out of that form the whole bug is cancelled

u actually dont have to go to arena

1. chose form

2. go into an instance

3. cast what u want ^^
