[WPE+CE] No Global Cooldown

[Exactly]

In this guide I will show you how to remove global cooldown from spells on any class.

First off you will need WPE Pro and Cheat Engine, downloads listed below:

WPE

Step 1.
Open up WPE (If you have vista right click and run as admin) And Target Wow.exe.

Step 2.
Click on Filter 1 and change search and modify under 008 to 5B and A2 and 009 to 08 and A7 then click apply, make sure Filter 1 is checked off and click ON which is between the pencil icon and the red X icon.



Step 3.
Now go to wowhead.com, or thottbot, etc. and find the spell you want to remove global cooldown for and copy the ID and the end of the adress at the top of the page (I used Mutilate).



Step 4.
Open up CE and select Wow.exe, then type in the ID you found in Step 3. and click frist scan.

Step 5.
Select all the values in the left window (except for the green ones) and Add then to the bottom list.



Step 6.
Select all the values you added to the bottom list, then right click and change the values to 2139



Step 7.
Keep the values selected, then right click and choose "Freeze All Adresses"



Step 8.
Now go ingame and have fun with spamable Mutilate and any other spells that you do this for.

Note: This will not work for spells and abilities that have cooldowns or go on next melee attack or have cast time!

Well, It didnt really work for me, I could of clicked it multiple times and it reset the GBC again, but it says Spell not ready. So this doesnt work for me on Dominion wow =/

Again this does NOT work on spells that have cooldowns only works on global cooldowns for spells that are instant cast sorry I didnt add that in, gonna edit

ALL SPELLS HAVE A GCD, A GCD IS A 1 SECOND CD REGARDLESS OF THE SPELL.
