Double Elemental Mastery [Shammies Only]

This has been tested on VCN only so not sure if it will work else where

What's required- Spec into elemental tree till you get elemental mastery. You will also need a Gnomish Lightning Generator.

Step 1. Cast [elemental mastery]
Step 2. Cast [Gnomish Lightning Generator]
Step 3. This will give you a double elemental mastery effect
Step 4. Instant cast whatever spell you want now. Lava burst, lightning bolt, chain lightning.

This results in a 115% crit chance with an instant cast to boot.
