[Horde] Learn new buffs!!

Sorry if this is a repost, searches for ''Taurajo'', ''Bloodshard'' etc didnt result in anything.

I tried this on 2 servers, and it worked there:
If you go to Camp Taurajo in Barrens, to the guy named Mangletooth in the cage, you can get the quest Tribes at War. (req is level 20)

Do this quest, and be sure to loot the bloodshards the mobs drop.
Then complete the quest, and get all the followups. Complete them, and you will learn new buffs!

Few of them aint that good (+10 int), but mostly Spirit of the Wind and Razorhide are GREAT. Spirit of the Wind increases your movement speed very much, and Razorhide gives you LOADS of armor, and acts like retribution aura.

The buffs last for a few minutes, but you can put them all in a nice macro:

/cast Agamaggan's Strength
/cast Agamaggan's Agility
/cast Razorhide
/cast Rising Spirit
/cast Spirit of the Wind
/cast wisdom of Agamaggan

Its all very nice because:
-Doesnt activates global cooldown
-gives good buffs
-Has no cooldown
-gives a nice animation
-they can be cast on others
-give you enough buffs to make dispelling useless

Well, after reading this thread a couple times, I decided to go out and scrounge up more quests that give buffs as rewards, I have only found like 5 more, so I am sure there are more out there.


Quest: The Might Of The Scourge - Thottbot: World of Warcraft <---The Might of the Scourge: Quest from the Lich King, simply go into the tele, and talk to mograine. This usually gives me a permanent 75% speed increase. Works everywhere, not just in acherus. (Some servers allow any class to take the quest)

Quest: Ears of Our Enemies - Thottbot: World of Warcraft <---Ears of our Enemies: Quest from Arch Druid Lathorias in Borean Tundra, you need to get ears. (I have not tried this one yet) GIves you a spell similar to Mark of the Wild. Armor +500, all stats +25, and all resistances by 40. You can only cast the spell in the Borean Tundra, so port there, pop the spell, and port back. (Once again, I have not tested this one to see if it works or not)

Quest: The Blessing of Zim'Torga - Thottbot: World of Warcraft <---Blessing of Zim'Torga: Quest from Witch doctor Khufu in Zul'Drak. You need to gather Drakkari Offerings which drop by every mob in Zul'Drak.

(HUGE NOTE HERE HAY LOOK HERE: THIS SPELL ONLY WORKS FOR PEOPLE WITH MANA)

This is basically a non pally version of BoK (+10% stats). This spell also only works in Drak'Tharon Keep (Port, cast, port back)


http://thottbot.com/q12655 <---Blessing of Zim'Rhuk: Same guy, same objective as Zim'Torga Quest. Gives you a non pally version of BoW (95 Mp5). Works in Drak'Tharon Keep.

I did find another, but the buff only gave two stamina >_>, Quest: Isha Awak - Thottbot: World of Warcraft

I also have not tested to see what faction they are, I think they are all Horde & Ally

I did the quests on a 2.4.3 server but I only got the buffs, didn't learn them. >.>

I tried it on both a 3.0.8 and a 3.0.3 server, and it both worked there

i dont get it..

once u done the quest u have to go back to that same quest giver to get the buff again for an amount of shards..... the buff last for a few minutes.

you dont learn the buff.. u have to farm for it and they give u the buff.

Unless its bugged. If it is please provide a server name.

Unless ur sever is bugged and they give it to u and u can learn it on ur spell book, that would be nice ^^

The server I play most on (and where it works) is Wowge Wow private server. As you see from all comments here, it works on~50% of the servers.

Yes, thats the bug ^^. On retail it just buffs you once.
