2.learn enchant
3. get this enchant:Scroll of Enchant Chest - Major Mana - Thottbot: World of Warcraft
now you have 200 energy,

i'm not sure if any other +mana enchant or +mana per sec gems

works.

80%instant pvp server have it@lv100+weapon vendor


if you guys has ever play@instant pvp server be4,

you should know you can get it from lv100+weapon vendor,

not all of them,but 80%?maybe,,bacause some servers removed this item since it's OP
