This crap does not work on Scape, I got the item changed to mongoose, right clicked, it appeared to a hand with a blue frame (as it should) and clicked my weapon, it started to enchant but it didn't appear mongoose on my weapon. CRAP!

k i did everything and when i got to enchant it says item cannot be found?? solutions??

It doesn't work on Battlescape.
It actually changes only the appearance of the item you modify, but in fact it remains the same.
For example if you transform the Heartstone in the Golden Spellthread and then right click on it, it will teleport you on your home.. just like you're using the heartstone.
