Repeatable quests

Ok I found this bug on the server I'm playing on don't know if it works for all the servers out there.
For this explanation I will be using Uncatalogued Species, an item which gives you a quest which gives you rep for Cenarion Expidition.
Uncatalogued Species - Thottbot: World of Warcraft
When you use the item and accept the quest the item will duplicate himself, now complete the quest and you will have 1 of the 2 items left, just use it again to accept the quest again. Do this over and over again and you'll be exhalted with cenarion expidition in no time!
This works for all the items which gives you quests.
There server is 2.4.x.
