For everyone calling me a leecher, no I just took it down to double check it on about 25 different servers.

1. You'll need to get to The Mechanar which requires a flying mount.
2. Once you enter The Mechanar you will wanna stealth, go invisible what have you.
3. Hug the left wall, go the left path go past the npcs thru the little hall.
4. Go down the ramp in the next room staying on the left side.
5. Behind some slightly clearish pink boxes you will see Cache of the Legion.
6. Open this bad boy up.
7. There is your badge of justice as well as some other items that sell for good gold.
8. The CotL will disappear & reappear 45 seconds - 1 minute. (you can stay in most instances for 3 hours)

You do the math, and no.
Im not a leecher thank you very much.

Nope as you need to kill two "mini" bosses for the left and right halfs of the key.

Also since your listing servers it don't work on.. It don't work on BlizzardHQ either :wave:

well on my server it works and there is a boj in there but once you do it once it says no more charges remain, even after i go out leave group, form a new one, come back in it still says no more charges.

also i had to get the crystal key thing first before i could open it
