[WPE] Understand Anyone Filter

I found this on Deathsoft - Credits to aasi888 :P

I know citykid199 posted understand anyone filter a long time ago. I just couldn't find it by searching the forums. Here is my version of it.

This should work with all emulator servers. I wouldn't try it on retail because of warden.

If you are Horde you use this:

This would even work on Retail (perhaps :P), if Warden wouldnt kill you instantly
And ofc you could try to find the GM language thing on Private Servers, so you could speak and listen to Horde and Alliance!
