What u have to do is:

go to Lauranna Thar'well take this quest "Plants for Zangarmarsh" do it once or twice...u will receive a package of identified plants as reward....open it...and there among other plants should be this item "Uncatalogued Species"
(this item will begin a quest) now....just right click on it...accept the quest(u just have to talk with Lauranna to finish it) this is a repetable quest..so u can just do it over and over...right click..accept finish...right click..accept finish
in a couple of minutes u can raise your rep to max....after that u can buy pretty good rep stuffs from the vendor near there...
This was only tested on burningwow...
