You need a 70 druid with cat form and the item Heavy Gnoll War Club - Thottbot: World of Warcraft should be no problem to get it
then u dupe the item like 15 times or something with the wraping paper dupe or get it 15 times trough kills
doesnt matter.
When u have like 15 times use the equip all filter with wpe and equipt the item 15 times this should raise ur agility and healing(!?)
dunno why up to millions.
in cat form u now can oneshot every boss and in normal form heal up to 1million or sumthing
P.S U need the feral skill which improves ur stats in %

I really wish there would be another dupe method not requiring wrapping paper, some if not most servers have that wrapping paper removed from db.

I had about 5 druids come onto my server tonight with this bug, and ruin the entire arena PvP by critting every person for over 800k and having lifebloom tick for like 9 million..
Sigh.
Some bugs I hate.

Wrapping paper dupe works still on alot of servers.. 2.4+


Edit: Also just need 8 of those maces which drop off the alphas in redridge, equipt 8 of those -10 agility and put all your points in feral.
The server i play on dupe is fixed, but i farmed 8 maces and equipted them with the equipt anything hack via guild bank
