It works for spell damage and spell haste rating too, but haste i capped at 50% and damage doesn't stack after I reached 6335 but the other time i went to 7000...

Does not work for me lol, if I jump into the instance in ghost form, a disconnect will always be the result.

It depends on some servers, some instances don't work. Although AQ should work. I tried using BT and SSC on my server but they don't work. Yes it does Fade/go off when you Disconnect/Logout.

Steps:
1) Group up with a rezzer of some sort.
2) Go wait outside of SFK. ( for me, that's the best place )
3) While you're both there, turn on the flyhack.
4) Fly up really far.
5) Turn the hack off, jump, fall to your death.
6) Release spirit.
7) After spirit is released, have the rezzer that you are grouped with rez you.
Do NOT accept the rez, after the rez timer says " Ressurect Now? " beside your body, run into the instance.
9) You should now be rezzed with multiplied stats / haste.
