Never get a Dodged/Parried attack

Recently I found this bug using The Brutalizer
The +21 expertise rating doesn't go away when you switch weapons.....AND IT STACKS!

so heres how you do it.

1. Obtain The Brutalizer and equip it in your main hand/off-hand
2. Switch it with another weapon.
3. Re-equip The Brutalizer.
4. Rinse and Repeat till 400 Expertise(100% no attacks can be dodged/parried is 400 Expertise)

Note: This does not make it impossible to Miss. You can and will still "miss" they just wont Dodge or parry.
Useful for bosses.

Worked on Ani-wow...w/e Rev. that is.

Yeah I do this with Death's Sting all the time on my rogue...nice little thing that is not really noticeable by other players.
