So,
1)You must have Wpe Pro.
2)007 008
l FF l 18
l FF l 19
3)Buy [Red Ribbonned Wrapping Paper] and put this in 2 slot in Your Backpack.
4)Buy [Mining Pick] and put this in 1 slot in Your Backpack
5)Take You Soulbond Item and put on 3 slot in Your Backpack
6)Active filter on Your WPE Pro.
7)Use [Red Ribbonned Wrapping Paper] on [Mining Pick].
Your Soulbond> Bind when pick Up put this item in Guild Bank
9)Congrujelation! You Have Bind when pick Up item)
