"Connecting"

Ok so i made my server public and i just connected and i got on made a guy and everything. But when i try to get my friend on it says "Connecting" and doesnt stop. Hes set his relmlist and everything (im using no-ip) Thanks,

Well, I don't know what it should exactly say, because I've never hosted a private server, but you should look for a guide to making your server public, and then make sure you have everything right
