So i wanna make a "Hero class" for my repack

and i need to know can i rename Faction's ?

can i make trainer's and vendor's that unlock's from doing quest's?

can i rename classe's?

can i mod spell's ? i want some spells that warr's have and make them take Mana NOT rage.

can i rename Spell's ?

can i make a "Enchant NPC" ? a Npc that Enchant ppl for Gold?

You cannot rename factions without a client side patch.
You can make trainers and vendors that unlocks from doing quests.
You cannot rename classes without a clientside patch.
You can mod the spells power requirement, like mana and rage.
You cannot rename spells without client side editing.
You can create a Enchant NPC that enchants people for gold.
