    I recomend ucoz.com for a free host they got great tools.. but major server like toxic and midgard pay money for their sites

    Acutally, both of those are based off of joomla. It's now free, however, as for the themes for it, those will range anywhere between 25$ usd, to around 150$ usd. Yes, you guys heard right. Joomla is now under the gpu license as well

    I builded the basic of a theme like that one from Toxic WoW but i dunno how to integrate php scripts in it...and more things i dunno how to make em
