Area format is
-Building structure: Half way between Gnomeregan and Iron Forge
-What kind of area i.e Town,Instance,City,Arena: City
-Scale: Capital city size
-Specific items inside: a bank a action house and the Gnome throne as seen next to the tram.

If you can do this please make it fit between The Air Port Tunnel, The Farm Tunnel, and the doors at Old IF.

You can bet i will +Rep and I do not need Npcs i can add my own if needed.

Quest format is
-Elysium WoW Starter Quest
-A quest that will be put at all the starting areas that is very easy to do. It should just be, so u get the quest from the guy and then complete the quest at the guy and dont have to do anything!!
