Renaming npcs?

Is there a way to rename npcs? If so how? Thanks.

Go into database find creature_names and then put in the desired name, then go to your wow folder and delete cache folder =)

Um i want to rename them not delete them lol...

Select NPC, do .npc info, get the Entry ID and then go to that in creature_names table (in your database) and search for that entry. When you find that entry, simply change the name to what you want it to be

ehh you also have to do .reload creature_names in game b4 u quit and clear ur cache
