Big error!! :(

Can anoyne help me with this? Im trying to run my server from AC-Webs Ultimate Repack and i can run MySQL but whenever I tyry to run Logonserver I get the following error;

Just Redownload and follow the steps it tells you to set it up i've never seen that error b4
