Well the account creation page isnt working, i dont know what the correct ports to forward are, thats the only thing i need and then ill be up and ready, is the port

80 TCP?

also, do I need to forward and UDP ports?

80 TCP. Don't do Udp ports becauses then people can easily hack/send you viruses.

Some Internet Service Providers (like comcast) don't let you use port 80, no matter what :\ Try forwarding port 90, configuring apache to work with port 90, then adding http://yoursite:90/
