[Request] Teleport NPC

I everyone, In last time I am having some problems through compiling some files, so I have a question to ask.

I need a DLL for a teleport npc wich says "Teleport me to the Relax Island, please!" with entry ID 200000.

Coord for the teleport will be MAP 1 ZONE 17 X: -1634.389 Y: -4329.428 Z: 4.838

What you get in return? Well, my npc will have as subname something like "Made by *** from mmowned.com" or something like that Just tell me
