    Rule #10: The Source

    Rule #10:
    10] If a release contains, or has been created from a source, it must be posted along with the release. Credits must be at the head of the source file aswell.

    This rule is currently being debated, Please vote on it and provide feedback.

    Its a Good Rule and i think it should be used to many noobs not giving credits even tbh.
