hey everyone. How can i get my server back up? the internet went out overnight and now server will not connect to the internet. I restarted my computer and router and the server will not go back up... any suggestions

u use local host? u use wireless? u use DynDNS?

i only know about local host and DynDNS

for localhost set ur server too 127.0.0.1(piece of cake)

If u use DynDNS then u need to go there log to ur account go to ur host then use autodetect ip copy past ur ip

Then go to windows>Start>Run>System32 manyal find ETC file then go to host edit ur ip or the DynDNS info

then edit the files in ur server and u are done

About ur wireless follow the same guide with DynDNS of my guide but i dont know how to use the ports on it... i am truly sorry (i dont use wireless cause it sucks...)

alright ty im usin dynDNS... I think its cuz comcast sucks ass... Another question If i run my server from this computer can somon else run it but it is on my computer? meaning I load it but its on sum1 else internet

check ports, realms.conf, hosts and dysdns.com ip
