What query would give only all alliance classes and races a custom spawn point?

all ya gotta do is edit Characterinfo table and set starting spawn point for all alliance

you will need this:
Playercreateinfo - Ascent Wiki
for class/race IDs

now look for what entries in the playercreateinfo have alliance chars... (with class/race IDs)
and set the starting location
