Big Problem With My Server (PLZ HELP)

When I used ascent around 2800 something, nothing worked for me also though till I deleted hosts.txt :

but before I figured it out, I

-copied Ascent folder
-Edited realm config in new folder to say 127.0.0.1
-Started that new ascent.exe

logged on

try that

So Copy and make a new ascent folder......
Edit the new copied realm list in the new folder and run the server from there?.............Will it still be public....and do I download a new core?
I'm using spartans V3 Pack

I and gast have a compiles thread download them and replace with your old server core files eg ascent

KK i will go check that out now and I will msg back here when I get done.....do I just exucute the download like a sql file?

no the files are a new core so like you would user ascent.exe these are updated versions
