you would have to dump the sql file to your desktop then open with notepad and search for the required files.
you would need to dump: creature_name, creature_proto, creature_spawns, vendor
If you need me you have my skype, if you don't have my skype then you don't need me.
At Navicat, choose the table (Or fields, or whatever) and right-click > Dumb SQL or something similiar.

wait say i wanted like 5 custom gameobjects out in a SQL file how would i do that without getting ALL of them out?
dump the gameobject spawns table then the last id's are the ones u spawned
