The easyest thing to do since the 2.4 patch is not fully worked out atm is just use 2.3 atm so to do this Bubbamj just delete the patch 1st of all then once thats done just repair it and update it back up to 2.3 that should get you going for now.

yea i would advice personally to stay at 2.3.3 until a 2.4 core is more stable

Hello, nice work on the compiles. I am having a problem, I configured everything and whenever I try to start up ascent I get an error saying application has failed to start because the configuration is incorrect, I'm still new at this apparently. Any help would be appreciated. Also I am using Rev 4273. Thanks.

you have to install the latest framework 3.5 . download it from microsoft.

Í can't make my server work .... I download 2d's 2.4 compiles put them in to my Ascent folder then i get an error when i try to start my server when i open logonserver and realmserver they can't open

I have from what I heard it seems to be a core issue unless you guys have that revision working.

miros1 2.8 is wayy old try updating and get .net framework 3.5, to let you know i am working on a new stable 2.4 core and im getting subscription on my wow account to get the new creatures etc
