Something is up with the NCDB svn. When i go to type in anonymous as username it accepts then asks for it again then it accepts then asks again and so on but you can see download progress happening before it asks for pass again. THis is very strange, I would be really appreciative if someone could help. I am using TortoiseSVN and the svn address: svn2.assembla.com/svn/NCDB with the http in front

Also what has happened to the Ascent forums It says it cannot be found, and there has also been nothing happening for a while.?

And i dont think you dbc files are right, because it gave me the error:

!!! posible invalid format for file spells.dbc

BTW where do you get your dbc files? I found a dbc extracter that was made when wow was 2.1, but shouldent it still extract the right dbcs? Maybe its a bug in the core.

Maybe the problem is not with the dbc files, but with the build?

I'l try to rebuild everything with 4342, i now have 4338

Also which of the branches is the best, and what is different?

Please make the rev to 4342 because for those people who dont compile there own stuff, thats the only way the dbcs work
