[Help] Adding spells to DB without effect

I have been working with my server for some days now and now i have come to the point where i have to add some portals. The problem is that when i have added the Game Object, Portal Location and the Spell (The spell is a exact copy of the normal Portal Effect spells with another name and ID) , Restart the server and log on to it my portals doesn't work when i spawn them. I tried so search for the errors myself and the only thing i actually could find was this:



Is this my problem? What can i do about it? or is it something else i have to do when i add new spells to the database? +Rep to the one helping me out here.
