What you want me to make: I was wondering if you were able to make Arathi Basin able to queue at level 19 as well as AV and EOTS, also so in AV the mobs are able to be killed at level 19, also if you could possibly make it so you can make arena teams at lvl 19
Time limit (Must give me a day at least if I have lots of orders!): TBH im not forcing a time limit on you or anything, i would hope atleast a week though
Scripting?: Im a noob with scripting so im not sure what to put here, but as long as its the same as it would be in retail
Sql?: If its possible to make it so you can compact it in a SQL then yes, if not would you give me a guide or something on how to do this

Please make sure these skills dont go past lvl 19 because its a lvl 19 twink server and so that u cant get the skill unless your the class... but can you make it so when u first talk to the NPC it says like Hunter Skills under that is Warlock skills ect... then inside of those are the actual skills if ou get what im saying

I want a boss with five phases, first at 95%, second at 80%, third at 65%, forth at 30% and the last one at 10%

This will be a Allidari Encounter... It shall be like the Illidan event... First, the ashbringer walks to a demon called Allidari located in the Defias Glitch, you can place ashbringer like 50 meters away from him... And he start to walk saying "I've been waiting for this a long time... Today, justice will be done!"

And when he's standing behind Allidair, allidari turns around and begins a chat fight

Allidari says: Blazer...young paladin... Welcome to my lair, I'm happy to see you and your friends made it this far!
Blazer says: It was a easy path, Allidari. Your lil guards was easy to punish.
Allidari says: So... I guess you turned Arthas against me?
<Arthas starts walking in>
Arthas Menethil says: I am so tired... Today will be a day of justice, Allidari!
Allidari says: I'm pretty dissapointed, Arthas. This wasn't a big army at all!
<Harkaz spawns at the right side of Arthas>
Harkaz says: You turned me into this corrupted form... Now I'll have my revenge!
Allidari says: You cut of my head, young one! You've allready had revenge, now it's my turn!
Arthas says: So be it... To battle!

Now phase 1 should start... He casts dark glare (26029) every 10 seconds, and makes damage. (OBS: Make sure he only attacks players) and it keeps going until 95% hp

Now phase 2 should start...
Allidari yells: Come, my demons! Deal with those...traitors as they deserve!
(I will script spawns for them when I got the script)
He casts following spells in phase 2: dark glare (26029), spirit fall (40314), flame crash (40832)

Phase 3...
Allidari yells: I've had enough of this! Sargeras, give me my fel form!

Which means, Allidari enters a demon form (I want you to choose some good) and starts to spam dark glaire again, but now every 5 seconds this will continue for 30 seconds, and then he enters normal for 50 seconds, then enters his demon form again

Phase 4...
Allidari says: Still want to...face my WRATH!? Then, I'll sure give you!

He targets someone in the raid and POOF killed (spellID: 5)
Now, he also starts to knock away everyone every 5 seconds (spellID: 12)
Spells he casts in this phase: Rain of Choas (40946), dark glare every 10 seconds (26029), you can add 2-5 spells if you want

Phase 5... 10% hp

Allidari says: Illidan... how brave of you to come here alone!
Illidan says: I'm not alone, demon!
Allidari says: Easy said, betrayer... Now, die!
Allidari now begins to attack Illidan...Only Illidan, and wont be pullable by players... Your job is to dps Allidari down before Illidan dies, if not, Kil'jaeden will come and end Azeroth (you can script Illidan as when he dies, he spawns Kil'jaeden at the place he died,

and Kil'jaeden says "Ahh, time to die mortals..." and after 10 seconds, he gets scale 90000 and...DC)

Allidari at death: "Sargeras... I'll now take place with you in...hell... give me the power you promised...me..."
Allidari at kill target: "You shall also serve The Defias Army!"
Allidari at aggro: "The time has come... To end your sad planet of Azeroth!"
Allidari at spawn: (the event I told you about)
