The Private server that was extremely epic "echeloned wow" has been shutdown

the staff do not believe we recieved a C&C. Please remain calm and await an official update on Echeloned Twitter.

I made an account to personally be able to post here. This was the most fun server I had ever played on, and I'm still paying for retail. Compared to retail, it just blew Blizzard away. The whole Cataclysm crap could have easily been the issue, which personally seems stupid that people couldn't just wait for it to come out. Will probably never find another server like this...anywhere. R.I.P ECHELONED!

Me being the owner of MC is completely unrelated.
I used to play on echeloned before it had all the crazy restrictions. It was a good server. When they started making it pretty much impossible to do much besides use the modify command table without donating, I made my own server as an alternative.

Plus, Khell's personality makes me want to hit him. :/

If your GM realm was anything like echeloned (or better) then I can easily promise two active members (Not much, but a start? Haha) if you try to get it back up and running. And as for that post...hopefully they don't try to close it off. I know Blizz are some greedy bastards, but this is going too far.

Honestly, this thread made me want to start up again, because, well, we don't have competition anymore :P

I played here too, and I also made an account on here just for this, dear god, if anyone has any info please post it, I had some awesome friends, and an awesome guild, if anyone knew me ((greagoir)) we should keep in touch and if anyone from Wardens of Ferelden reads this, we should try to rebuild on another server, though it will undoubtedly we harder.
