[Request] Making Item Sets with C++ / LUA?

Is it possible to make item sets with C++ and LUA? like give the actual item a set and a bonus ? thanks if you guys can awsner fast ^.^ and if you can, mind posting a small guide here? like "Edit this line for the itemset-id and then use this one (4)spellid) and stuff like that"

You need to modify DBC files to get Item Sets.
Don't ask me how to, though
