Yeah, sorry about taking so long. I had given up on it, then I was like...WAIT A MINUTE...if I just change the graphics, and ordering, it should work..lolz...IT DID...hope you guys like the completed site, and +Rep to you Echoes, cuz it is a simple, nice design.

Okay, just finished V2 of this.

**NOTE** This HAS to be in your root directory and in the same structure it's in, or you'll have to remock all the images for the registration page to fit your setup.
In this one, I fixed a small error with the logo (got it a little closer to public on both ie7, and ff2. And, I threw in a phpbb V3. Forum, and set the Brothers In Arms link to go to it. You'll ave to go to the forums, and set up the creation pocess for these. If you're local hosting. you probably don't want to give users major uploading priveledges.
