[Question] Outlands Raid Respawn Problem

Hi. I use 7.6 repack from AC Web
I entered in BlackTemple and killed some boss to see if all drop is ok ..
But like a Blizzlike servers , The boss / Mob respawn only in a Week.
I CHANGED ALL RESPAWN TIME IN THE DATA BASE ( CREATURE_PROTO ) and setted all respawn timers to 600000 ( 10minute )
( it took me like 4 hours ) lol
But it dosent change something...
How can i make boss / mob respawn in like 10-15 minute? and do not wait 1 week to do the raid again?
( Im using Windows vista , I don't know if it change something. )
