[Help] getting players

heya guys, i started my server AGAIN and iw ant to get players as fast as i can...My PC can take alot of players (my connection too) but i almost can't get any players at all....Can anyone help me getting players and so on?

first tell ur pc spec and second if it is good post it on xtreme top 100 this will get u some people! Also try to have some UNIQUE things on ur server that other server doesnt have! Have fun
