A company host's server for you?

I heard you could have someone host your server for you? If that is true, can someone tell me who can do it for free? I can't host it cause of my uptight ISP. I can't host from my computer, all I can do is make it so it can go public and such. Any suggestions on a free hoster for my server when I get it setup?

You Cant Really Find a Free one without being hacked so your best best ios to go buy a dedcaited server to host it for you
