Premade Enchant in a Sack Question

On my server I have a vendor that sells premade enchants

(its a bag with materials for that enchant and a stone that has the enchant spell bound to it, thus allowing people without enchanting to use it)

Since I got this from an SQL that was already compiled (meaning I didn't make it) I dont know how to make my own

What I would like to know is how do I make a bag that contains enchanting materials with a stone that has the spell bound to it (I think I know how to make the stone I just have no clue about making a bag that contains materials in it already)

If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated!

Well the itemloot table is all buggy. but normally its pretty easy

I Got teh Same Idea on my Server i got my own Custom Enchant Stones but when i try to enchant with all reagents, and i click on a weapon nothing happens...
And yeah itemloot is bugging... : /
