[Help] With Lua ...(where to attach it?)

Oki lets say i made the mob with entry 2 and name LoL....

Now lets say i made a LoL.Lua file with makeith the boss casting a spell...

Can someone help me understand where to attach it?... i wonder...

plz dont flame me... if this has been repost ...

Put it in lua scripts folder

and make a creature in your database with that name and id

Hmmm btw 1 more question ... Do i have to make a Lua script folder and put it on server folder? or i have to do something else?

Also i look one a guide to put the folder on Ascent cmd .... anymore help?

Put the folder in the Folder called "scripts" in you ascent folder. Make sure its scripts and not scripts_bin

actually the monster not necessarily need to have same name as script... just entry id... you can name you boss whatever you want and lua script with anyother name and still will work...if entry id is setted correctly

And 1 more very very annoing question....
I used lua scripts from other people on other repack dont remember and t work...

Now i download new repack with clean DB and i cant use them....
Any other ideas?? SeeZ and spartan i need to spread rep before i can rep u again...

Is LUA enabled?

in ascent.conf near the bottom you will need to enable LUA files for them to work, if they error ed during ascent startup you will need to edit it to work
