Registration page problem

Hello people , i have a pretty nice server , everything is working fine except 1 thing : my registration page ALLWAYS says that the server is offline . How can i fix that ?

Lots of people always have this problem, it is not an error, and I would not bother fixing it, it does not mean it is offline, however make sure your WAMP is fully online etc..

im not using wamp or xamp xD im using byethost website hosting services . anyway thx for not ignoring my question xD

Oh and that is probaly why it is not workin', because WAMP is the thing that basically gets the information from localhost etc!
