I might be able to host (depends on how many users, since I got 40gb bandwidth limit).
Problem is that you if your going to get me to host, I have to setup an external webserver.
I built this pc on a budget of $120 so it pretty crap (getting upgrades soon!).

I may be able to help, i'm on a ds3 at work and am allowed to put up "servers" if i want.
What kind of pc are you shooting for?
I think the lowest spare pc I have is a p4 2.4g with 2g ram. The best is a dual xeon p4 2.8g w/ 2g ram but I'm about to use that one for my wow/web server.
