[HELP] Cant get GM ticket's to work

Hello i need help whit gm ticket's i can get the to work ... or i cant see them when ppl make them :S how do i do ? i know the command .gmticket (get)(getid) (delid) but i cant get it to work +rep for help

Ascentemu hasn't worked in over 3 months for me..but it should say under out of date thing, that you also must register

hmm okey thx =) i got the addon to work but what should i do here ?

1. If you have not yet used Ticket Tracker for the first time, log in to your character and type "/ticketchannel <Your ticket channel name here>". This will set the channel the addon listens on for tickets.
