looking for someone to maintain server

Hello, im looking for someone to maintain / update my server. my main role is being the host for the server and keeping it up 24/7. ill expet anyone whos intrested to be commited, theres so many new servers going offline after the first few days and i DONOT want that to happen.

The person who updates the server and helps out gets admin status and the chance to join what will be a solid growing community

Ill expect:
Dedication and help with many parts of runing the server
Active - you will need to spend at least 2 hours a week, or more if need be helping out.

In return:
You will get admin status
My promice to keep the server up 24/7 to the best of my ability
The chance to join a great community

P.S you will need to use msn's feature "remote assistence" to do the updating. this might be a problem for some and compramises can be made.

u cant run a server with over 25 people on a regualr internet connection

What do you meen mate? ive had over 60 people online at the same time before now and its run perfectly, no lag etc... sorry but the internet connection dont seem to make much diffrence. (im downloading sutff about 1mb/s so its quite fast, so that might by why its not making any diffrence)

Its not a small deal to host a server for someone, And he isn't getting much in return.

In return:

Add something like a % of donations,
A few more benefits,
something to that effect.

I was offered by someone to do this and they only offered me gm rank 1..so I guess this is better, but still, I'd suggest adding something in return
