[Release] Orb of Translocation Fix

The title says it all. The Orb of Translocation is bugged for most servers, so I decided to fix it. Since most servers still run on LUA enabled cores- LUA is acceptable for this easy fix.

Download Includes:
SQL File
2 LUA Scripts
*Make sure LUA is enabled

Instructions:
Execute SQL file
Place the LUAs in your LUA folder
Restart Server

been trying to fix this for a bit and broke it more times than i fixed it..never occured to me to use LUA...DOH
