Ok im trying to get my own server but when i go to WoW.exe its 2.0.5.6320 and my patch down loader is v2.0.1 and i am relly confused i am watching marlos video and i dont now how to fix it plz respond soon

OK one more thing i decided to see if it would work and so i went on ahead and i got to the part were i extract in the batcreator and i hit create and then extraxt i see the command promt pop up then it just dissapers and you cant find it? Please help

You have to totally reinstall World of Warcraft from your original discs to get back down from 2.0 The new repair utility just reverts to 2.0 since they changed the file structure of the MPQ files when they patched from 1.xx to 2.0

I lended the TBC dvd from a friend and installed it, but are there any private servers I can play on or emulate one myself, or do I have to wait untill one is released?

I need help. Im using marcs repack V3 and it works fine .I have it online and all but when i try to post my server on wowstatus.net the emu closes the connection.
I get this message in the emu

umm when i click on the wowemu button the dos screen pops up but when it goes to the LACD server is DISABLED and it goes away the vid said that its supossed to stay for about 10min so when i go to play the emulalted server it says unable to connet

i think its doing it to everybody not only wowstatus cause i havent even got to play with anyone yet then i checked log and noticed a few different ip addresses

Hi, i just got this, i installed wow, and i followed all the steps here

I am using SQLyogENterprise, but im not very sure since im so new at this, i dont know if to start playing i need to have it open, or have some type of special program running i did tired opening the mangosd.exe and tried the realmd.exe, but a blac screen comes up for some mili secomds then dissapears, do you know why it happens?, Also i really dont know, whats the username of password that are set for me since i have had to put so many of them, i have tried them all, and everytime it just tells me unable to connect, i checked the Realmlist.WTF, and its set to my IP, i dont know what to do, can you plz help me, or point me in thr right direction?

Ok, just use the guides, but use them with 1.12.x patch (and hacpatch) wich you can, with no doubt find on this forum.

so i could use for example americas repack 2.4 and patch 1.12.x and the hackpatch for 1.12.x ?

yes you can owna. But make sure which ever patch you use 12.0 or 12.1 or 12.2 the hack patch can handle it. Which ever thread you are getting the files from should say which patches it is good for.

Hi, I tried making a public server and everything was working just fine but whenever i tried to make a character it said "cant open saves/ accounts database" so i thought ill just do the http//<your ip>:8080 thing but when i run my wowemu it almost finishes loading everything it starts opening ports and then suddenly closes. when i try to use starta - restarter it does the same thing except it doesnt close it syas "error 196" and restarts what do i do? Thanks.
