anyone find an answer to my question a page or 2 b4? i can get to the character screen and hit "enter world" but as soon as it loads fully(blue bar fills up) it disconects me from server everytime. im running amricans93's repack. 1.11.1 patch. and i think its selfhosted, server is called "set realmlist 127.0.0.1" under the serverlist and wow473519 or wutever. please if u have the answer plz let me know. thank you

when i try to log into my server it says "Disconnected from server" .Plss can somebody tell me why this is happening and what could i do to make the server work normaly?(my server is 1.12.1)

Anyone have a private server emulator for TBC patch 2.0.8? i am really looking hard for one but i can't find it

I got problem with Mangos. I have read the setupguide-for-dummies and done that but when i start mangos.exe and press "start realm" it disappear immediately sam with "start MangosDB" and i check realmd.log and server.log and realmd.log(start mangos) says "ERROR:Cannot connect to database" server.log(start mangosDB) says ERROR:Correct *.map files not found by path './maps'. Please place *.map files in directory by this path or correct DataDir value in mangosd.conf file." (my msn is [email protected]) thanks.

okay.. im not sure if this has been asked yet.. i mean, 43 pages is a lot to go through!

ok. i am running MaNGOs server, 1.12.1. i want to set it up so only i can play (as in, im the only one there, ever :P). when i log in, i put in my user name and pass, and all that. it goes up to "Success!" then stops for about 10 seconds, goes to the realm server list. i choose mine, says "Loggin in to game server" or something like that. wait 10 sec, its back at the server list.

i have read the SetUp guide for dummies that was included.. but it didnt seem to help. I asked my dad about the ports, and he says theyre all open. I dont have a firewall set up on my computer, but i do have one on my router. he WONT let me disable that one at all.

so anyways, on to my question. How ccan i get onto my server??

I got everything installed (thanks to wowlegend101) and he is stumped on my problem, i can't ever connect and when i open wow.exe wowemu always exits making it impossible to connect any ideas?

I changed to Amricans repack and in "setting up server" guide says COPY DBFilesClient FOLDER FROM REPACK AND PUT IT IN WORLD OF WORLD OF WARCRAFT/DATA FOLDER" but there's no DBFilesClient in the folder :S

i have version 1.12.0 (5595) how do i get to version 2.0.0 (5991)??? i really need help

@jaakko this is because all the files in the DBFilesClient are normally in your *.mpq files in "world of warcraft/data", so just do all the things written in the guide and create the folder if needed

I downloaded patch 1.12.0 to create my own ManGOS server. But when I run the WoW-1.12.0-enGB-patch.exe I get a message saying: "This update does not need to be applied. It requires a version of "WoW.exe" older than 1.12.0.5595, but you already have version 2.0.8.6403."
I do have 2.0.8 version of WoW but it's on a different folder. Any help for having 2 versions of WoW?
