ascent command problem

my command for spell cooldown cheat doesn't work ill put it in it says it active and when i cast things like sprint and stuff like that it wont cancel the cooldown well any help:confused: will +Rep

First of all, that command doesn't remove spell cooldowns, only the 1 sec global cooldown, like fireball, lightning bolt etc... Second, not to burst your bubble, but you got Zero rep power, which means, no rep!
