[Mini-Release] VIP Ascent Commands

This is for those of you who don't know how to make your own flags groups.

Bascially when you create accounts you can go into your table named accounts and change the flags to "b" (without the quotes). This is a VIP command group. Only assign it to your VIPs or whatever you like. They cant do anything to shutdown, restart, debug, ban, or anything near or like something a GM can do.
Commands they can do:
kill
levelup70
recall port
info
cheat morph
cheat demorph
commands
rename pet
uptime
gps
appear
revive
recall list
mount
dismount
I can make custom ones if needed for you.
